{"id":4574,"date":"2017-08-15T09:27:52","date_gmt":"2017-08-15T17:27:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.atumvirt.com\/?p=4574"},"modified":"2017-08-15T09:27:52","modified_gmt":"2017-08-15T17:27:52","slug":"citrix-xenapp-and-xendesktop-7-15-ltsr","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/avtempwp.azurewebsites.net\/2017\/08\/citrix-xenapp-and-xendesktop-7-15-ltsr\/","title":{"rendered":"Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop 7.15 LTSR"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Yesterday it was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.citrix.com\/blogs\/2017\/08\/15\/xenapp-xendesktop-7-15-ltsr-the-blockbuster-release-of-the-summer\/\">announced<\/a> that XenApp and XenDesktop 7.15 LTSR was available!&nbsp; This release brings a host of enhancements but more importantly it is the next long term release for customers who need a more consistent release schedule with long term support.&nbsp; If you\u2019re not familiar with LTSR versus CR, check out the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.citrix.com\/blogs\/2016\/01\/11\/new-xenapp-and-xendesktop-servicing-options-balance-long-term-planning-with-fast-paced-product-releases\/\">servicing options post<\/a> for more details.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Some great enhancements across all products for those upgrading from older versions, especially for those upgrading from 7.6 LTSR.&nbsp; Notably:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Local host cache (now default!
