Provisioning Services 7.0 download is under XenDesktop 7 page
Recently the question was asked in #Citrix (CitrixIRC) when the PVS 7.0 download would be available. The answer: It’s available now. Log in to your Citrix account, choose downloads, XenDesktop, select XenDesktop 7. Under additional components, you’ll find the PVS 7 download page.
